LAHORE: Senior Advisor to the Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Zulifqar Khosa has said his Party is consulting with senior lawyers to file criminal or civil case against Former President Gen. (Retd) Pervez Musharraf.
Talking to media men after a ceremony of Lahore College for Women, he said, criminal or civil case would be filed against Former President Gen. (Retd) Pervez Musharraf in the Supreme Court.
The judiciary, he said, has become independent in country and notice to Former President summoning him on July 29 in the Supreme Court was clear example in this respect, he said.
Replying to a question, he said, PML-Q was creation of dictator and it has no work instead of criticism on PML-N. When asked about Shumila Rana, he said, she should have tender resignation over her alleged involvement in credit card stolen case.
