ISLAMABAD/KARACHI: Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali took oath as a judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday. Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry administered the oath at the Supreme Court. SC judges, Attorney General Latif Khosa, the Law secretary, the Election Commission of Pakistan secretary, the Federal Judicial Academy director general, law officers and lawyers attended the ceremony. Meanwhile, Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmani took oath as the new chief justice of the SHC, replacing Justice Jamali. Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad administered the oath at the Governor’s House. staff report
