PUNJAB chief minister’s Senior Adviser Sardar Zulfiqar Khosa has said that a case against Musharraf should also be registered on charges of launching an operation at Lal Masjid, killing of Akbar Bugti and disappearance of people.
Khosa was talking to reporters after addressing the inaugural session of the National Poultry Congress and Exhibition on Friday. He said his party fully backed the trial of former dictator for long. “One of the biggest crimes of Musharraf was the breach of Constitution,” he said.
To another question, he said Punjab Cabinet would be expanded, keeping in view available resources and challenges to provincial government.
Earlier, speaking on the occasion, he said He said chicken products helped provide relatively low-cost animal protein at large scale. He maintained that mutton prices had gone up, making it difficult for masses to take minimum daily intake of animal protein.
Khosa was of the view that export of poultry products could not be made in a big way due to the lack of policy guidelines and relevant laws. He assured participants in the conference that the provincial government, with the cooperation of the federal government, would address problems of poultry industry.
